Y no, no es que tu equipo no sea capaz.<br>Es que probablemente <strong>est\u00e1n atrapados en la operaci\u00f3n y alejados de lo estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd25 El s\u00edndrome del RH bombero: m\u00e1s com\u00fan de lo que crees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conflictos laborales de \u00faltimo minuto. Renuncias inesperadas. Contrataciones apresuradas. Quejas sin resolver.<br><strong>\u00bfTe suena?<\/strong> Entonces, no est\u00e1s solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Muchos departamentos de RH viven en modo reactivo<\/strong>, apagando un fuego tras otro.<br>Y aunque eso mantiene a flote a la organizaci\u00f3n, <strong>no la hace avanzar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd2f \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ocurre esto?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde muchas empresas se equivocan:<br>piensan que RH debe \u201csolucionar\u201d todo\u2026 <strong>pero sin los recursos, estructura o visi\u00f3n para prevenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo, los equipos de RH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No tienen procesos estandarizados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carecen de herramientas de medici\u00f3n y diagn\u00f3stico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No cuentan con el respaldo de la direcci\u00f3n para accionar cambios profundos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est\u00e1n saturados de tareas administrativas que les impiden ver el panorama general<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde9 El problema no es el equipo.
