Te proponemos una t\u00e9cnica para dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n efectiva a colaboradores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se da mal, genera miedo, desconexi\u00f3n y resistencia.<br>Pero cuando se da bien, <strong>acelera el aprendizaje, fortalece v\u00ednculos y transforma la cultura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ee79f296\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Retroalimentar no es corregir: es desarrollar<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos l\u00edderes creen que dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n es sin\u00f3nimo de se\u00f1alar errores.<br>Y no lo es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retroalimentar es acompa\u00f1ar el crecimiento de una persona en tiempo real.<\/strong><br>Implica observar, dialogar, alinear expectativas y construir juntos un camino de mejora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-89743b76\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Los errores m\u00e1s comunes al dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n<\/h2><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">\u274c Guardarla solo para las evaluaciones formales<br>\u274c Darla en tono autoritario o emocional<br>\u274c Enfocarse solo en lo que sali\u00f3 mal<br>\u274c No tener en cuenta el contexto de la persona<br>\u274c Usar etiquetas (\u201ceres desorganizado\u201d, \u201cno tienes compromiso\u201d)<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-7fa97f5b\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Claves para una retroalimentaci\u00f3n constructiva<\/h2><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\"><strong>S\u00e9 espec\u00edfico<\/strong><br>Habla de comportamientos observables, no de juicios personales.<br><strong>Hazlo en el momento oportuno<\/strong><br>No esperes a que el problema escale. La retroalimentaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s \u00fatil cuando es inmediata.<br><strong>Cuida el entorno emocional<\/strong><br>Un lugar privado, una actitud respetuosa y una intenci\u00f3n de ayuda marcan la diferencia.<br><strong>Enf\u00f3cate en el futuro<\/strong><br>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puede hacer diferente? \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo acompa\u00f1as en su mejora?<br><strong>Escucha tambi\u00e9n<\/strong><br>La retroalimentaci\u00f3n es una conversaci\u00f3n, no un mon\u00f3logo.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c3db9bda\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Una f\u00f3rmula pr\u00e1ctica para dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n (modelo SBI)<\/h2><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\"><strong>S \u2013 Situaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> describe el contexto<br><strong>B \u2013 Comportamiento:<\/strong> menciona lo que observaste<br><strong>I \u2013 Impacto:<\/strong> explica el efecto que tuvo<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <em>Ejemplo:<\/em> \u201cEn la reuni\u00f3n de ayer (situaci\u00f3n), interrumpiste varias veces al cliente (comportamiento), lo que gener\u00f3 molestia en su tono (impacto).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-e07ece1f\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 logras cuando retroalimentas bien?<\/h2><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">1.- Mejor clima organizacional<br>2.-Relaciones de confianza<br>3.- Equipos m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomos<br>5.- L\u00edderes que desarrollan personas, no que solo exigen resultados<br>6.- Una cultura abierta al aprendizaje<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
